The 70ies are back! Well, at least for one evening. There was a 70ies disco party at Mickey Blake's work, and we dressed up appropriately. I had to rent my shirt, bling and pants, but the purple velour jacket is mine, and Mickey Blake made her dress herself in the last couple weeks. Isn't it just awesomely 70ies tacky?

Language weirdness examined, compared and cataloged. German is slightly weirder than Norwegian, Danish (probably) in between. A success in a teacup, and a failure of slicing.

A storm came in and rolled around a bit, giving some really nice lightning strikes. Hopefully cooler air will also follow. This is my first time taking lightning shots with Magic Lantern. It felt almost like cheating that I could lean back and eat cake while my camera just snapped away at the appropriate times.
