The article is OK, but the headline is terrible. Both sexism and racism is about judging many people in general, yet the headline does the same to "guys in tech".
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately our mind works by using past decisions to allow simple new decisions without much thought. That might work for brands you trust or like for some reason, or fit your favorite dish. We need to be very careful to not have stereotypes for judging people, wether it is all females, all of different skin color or all guys in tech. None of those boxes is a good idea.
